PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The candidate has to centrally involved in and supporting the contracting function that needs of the company which are high volume and diverse.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Liaising with internal business owners of a wireless communications service provider in a fast paced emerging market - technology/network/finance/marketing/sales and distribution to determine business needs and requirements in arrangements with vendors, consultants, financial institutions, service providers, other operators.

• Responding to business needs by negotiating terms and preparing/negotiating contractual documents to reflect those needs while protecting the interests of the company.

• Providing legal advice to the business as required

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Post Graduate Professional Degree (Law) or Myanmar equivalent
• 3-5 years of Legal Practice, Preferably as a commercial lawyer either in private practice or in house
• Telecom Experience a benefit
• Very good at reporting to management level
• Fluency in English and Myanmar Language both spoken and written is mandatory
• Ability to translate business needs into contractual terms in efficient business friendly manner
