• Manage the loyalty program for the telecom company, ensuring partner satisfaction and engagement.• Onboard new partners, manage partner relationships, and seek new opportunities for collaboration.• Manage the operation flow of partner onboarding, including contract and payment processes, working closely with internal cross-departmental teams.• Monitor and analyze the improvement of the MPT Club andpartner side collaboration to increase engagement with partnersand users, as well as improve the redemption rate of partner rewards and complete transactions.• Manage digital ad sales and develop new collaboration ideas to promote growth for both parties.• Present information and proposals to the team and crossdepartmental teams.• Work closely with team members on various projects, as required.• Provide regular reports to management on partner performance, program development, and industry trends.• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns to drive engagement.
• Marketing and Sales; creating marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and developing promotional materials.• Customer service and be able to provide exceptional customer service to partners. This includes addressing partner inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.• Cross-functional collaboration, working closely with different departments to ensure successful program implementation. This includes collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to achieve program objectives.

• 3+ years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the telecom or loyalty program industry.• Experience in managing loyalty programs, including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
