Overall responsibility of Sale Team.
Overall responsibility of M&E Service Sale.
Responsible for the achievement of the target sales monthly/yearly.
Monitor and analyses market sales, industry developments, competitive actions and economic outlook in order to prepare recommendations concerning the sales strategies
within the PSegment.
Defines target groups & sales channels in order to develop & implement programs and measures to exploit the full market potential and secure the revenues of the Company
Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded.
Managing and developing of employees.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Qualification Requirement - BE ( Mechanical / Electrical Power )
Proficiency in Auto CAD , Advance MS Office , MS Project , Email & Internet
Strong knowledge of Electrical , ELV , P&S , Fire & ACMV System
At Least 5 Years Working Experience in M&E Field
Age between 30~ 40 years
Must have good community skill, Sales Planning, Clients Relationship, Marketing
Knowledge , Presentation and Negotiation
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Self –motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work under pressure & High sense of responsibility
Professional working attitude , team work sprit , good communication skill & well –organize
