Maintenance Team Management – Supervise the team, ensure timely daily activities, and provide training and performance reviews.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance – Implement preventive plans, handle breakdowns quickly, and manage spare parts effectively.
Cross-Department Coordination – Work with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to reduce downtime and ensure compliance with company policies.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years’ experience as Maintenance Supervisor or Technician.
Strong in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts management.
Good teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Age: Under 35 years
Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Must be able to work overtime depending on business needs
Applicants residing in Hlaing Thar Yar, Insein, Tamwe, and Hlaing areas will be given preference
