To protect the bank risk in the loan business
Have to Corporate with Credit Department, Product VCs, Branch VCs, Finance Department, ICT Department
Verify to be consistent credit file with Description form the system
Verify to be signed Credit Offer Letter and comprehensive approval matrix and signatures
Verify to be complete documents about collateral
Verify that the assessor and Lawyer are appointed by the bank
Receive systematically the loan contracts and collateral documents page by page
Receive the Credit file together with Facility implementation Memo provided by DCMS
Verify the required information for disbursement
Prepare Daily, Monthly and Yearly report
Keep the copied file in register according to product
