An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Manage the site work to ensure that work is on schedule and according to scope
- Liaise with Client and Main Contractor to ensure that site work progresses according to scope and schedule
- Attend technical and progress meetings and site inspections
- Prepare variation orders documents for variation claims
- Prepare RFIs and RFAs related to site work
- Measure work done on a regular basis for progress payment claim
- Ensure proper categorisation and filing of project documentation
- Manage the site engineers and supervisors to ensure quality work
- Ensure site workers follow safety regulations and practices

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Able to work and live in Yangon, Myanmar
- At least 3 years of working experience overseas in Project Manager, Project Engineer or Site engineer position.
- Able to understand and read engineering drawings.
- Familiar at using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Autocad
- Able to speak English and Myanmar
- Able to prepare shop drawings and method statements if required (auto cad knowledge is a plus)
