The role holder is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the market risk mitigation framework and strategy aligned to KBZ’s overall risk policy framework. The role holder is also responsible for driving the implementation of market risk management systems, policies, procedures and reports for mitigation of market risk

 Collect, analyze and maintain quantitative and qualitative data and information related to risk reporting
 Initiate feasibility studies for new products and monitoring the market trends in the banking industry
 Liaise with all levels of Risk Management and Risk System & Technology, Legal and Compliance for reporting requirements
 Monitor the FX position, trading and hedging activities initiated by the Treasury VCs
 Monitor the risk-taking activities and risk exposures to ensure they are in line with the board-approved risk appetite, risk limits and corresponding capital or liquidity needs
 Design and produce market risk reports
 Support the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications.

 A Bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting fields.
 Professional certificate in economics and accounting.
 2 years working experience in related fields.
