The ideal candidate will be interested in Marketing and Communications and will want to work hard as part of a small, dynamic team.
The Junior Business Partner will join a team of 6 Business Partners who advise the Value Centres on how best to market their products. The Junior Business Partner will support a variety of projects, including marketing material development, event management, digital and Facebook advertising.
They will be keen to learn, adaptable and enthusiastic about finding the best way to solve a marketing challenge.

The role
The Junior Business Partner will support competitor reporting, supplier management, event set-up, office administration, and client (VC) management.
The Junior Business Partner will have contact with many of the Value Centres within KBZ Bank and will be confident in communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Support the Business Partners in their day to day projects for the VCs.
• Monitor media activity (when we have bought the print, radio or TV space) and gather content for competitor reports.
• Write briefs for the creative team (to be reviewed by the Business Partners) to inform the creative team of what is needed by the VCs.
• Check branded material samples before production, to ensure color, design, spelling, and quality are correct.
• Manage third party suppliers (eg printing houses, event agencies, and production companies) to ensure they have all the information they require to do the job.
• Maintain a list of suppliers who are accepted by the Business Partners to work on materials for KBZ Bank.

- Minimum of 1-year experience at a bank, either in the Marketing -
- Department or in a customer-facing role in a branch or business unit.
- Excellent knowledge of e-mail and calendar software, all Microsoft office tools (PPT, Word, and Excel).
- Excellent communication skills with own team and external businesses or clients.
- Intermediate English.
