Equal parts strategist, orchestrator, designer, and get stuff done, the Creative Producer leads project management, execution, and coordination of all creative initiatives including campaigns, video, design, messaging, and other initiatives. The Creative Producer must be able to multitask, anticipate issues, and manage the needs of various stakeholders. S(he) will be key in driving our annual creative strategy, develop and implement our creative brief process, systemize our assets, keep us on track, and manage both internal team members and external agencies. The Creative Producer will directly assist in leading our creative team and will be a key partner to fulfilling our business objectives.
Your typical day will include working directly with the Production Business Partner to perform daily intake, evaluation, prioritization, coordination and management of creative projects, including project scoping, delivery timelines and approval trafficking. The right candidate will thrive in high-pressure, high-volume settings, and be comfortable communicating with both creative and marketing teams.

Lead message, initiative, and campaign development across mediums such as live action shoots, photography shoots, graphic design, digital projects and activations.

Define project goals and scope, develop schedules, and manage diverse feedback loops.

Directly oversee quality, quantity and impact of video, photography, and graphic design work across all collateral.

Handle internal staff workflow and direct outside agencies and/or production partners in a variety of cross-disciplinary executions from concept to completion.

Collaborate with internal partners (Other Value Centers) across lines of business to bring projects and ideas to market

Work directly with the Production Business Partner to make creative and resource allocation decisions on behalf of our business units, while meeting high brand standards, a high bar for aesthetic quality, and within timeline/budgets.
