As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives that promote the station’s brand, programs, online campaigns, public events, and advertisements. This role plays a key part in audience engagement, increasing brand visibility across digital platforms, and securing partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising revenue. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and execution of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate on the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing plans for Radio, TV, Digital & Social Media platforms, Mobile Applications, and Events.
Work closely with the Creative Team to study market needs, audience preferences, age groups, and demographics, and develop suitable marketing strategies and advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with Media, Graphic, and Production teams to plan campaign timelines, and publish promotional content on digital platforms such as social media, websites, and apps. This includes program highlights, guest information, flyers, posters, text, videos, graphics, and reels.
Maintain audience engagement through interactive activities such as feedback collection, giveaways, roadshows, and outdoor marketing events.
Utilize SEO/SEM, Meta Business tools, Google Ads, and YouTube to run and monitor advertising campaigns. Use analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, KOLs, potential sponsors, and advertisers to boost program visibility and station popularity.
Prepare and submit regular market analysis and performance reports.

A degree or formal education in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both Burmese and English — written and verbal.
Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools is highly preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
Passionate about media, with an understanding of its culture, operations, and audience behavior.
Friendly, patient, and collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness and ability to travel as required for business activities.
