• Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives
• Implement all BTL (below the line) activities liaising with sales team and 3rd party agency
• Organize events, product exhibitions and promotion activities
• Manage and lead the merchandising teams to effectively execute in-store brand visibility and POP materials installation
• Carry out market research and customer survey to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
• Build and maintain contacts with suppliers and customers
• Monitor competitors’ activities
• Support marketing manager and other colleagues

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Sales & Marketing) or related fields
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales and marketing or BTL agency
• Active, result-oriented, strong negotiation skills and highly disciplined
• Must have proficient English skills and MS office
• Able to travel
