  • Lead and manage the marketing and sales team to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional plans.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in both manufacturing and trading divisions.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Coordinate closely with technical and factory teams to align marketing efforts with product capabilities.
  • Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for upper management.
  • Must be able to perform general duties as required by the business.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering (B.E.) or B.Tech preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Age over 30 years.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English and Burmese languages (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of industrial or technical products (bearings, machinery, packaging, etc.) is a plus.

What We Can Offer
