  • Lead, oversee and manage the development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics for existing and future products and services for the assigned business units.
  • Oversee Marketing communications program, including the design, production, and distribution of relevant marketing collateral, such as product and service brochures, POSM, and other materials
  • Support and contribute towards product development efforts to consistently improve and enhance the business unit's product offerings.
  • Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
  • Build Strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Manage business unit marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely.
  • Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and focus on performance management.
  • Laise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Minimum a degree holder in Marketing, economics and business administration.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experienced in the Beverages or distribution companies before.
  • Has proven leadership experiences in similar Marketing Leadership roles, at least 3 years.
  • Experienced in advising product teams about potential markets, desirable product features, go-to market best practices and measuring the success of outreach and product sales.
  • Has sound knowledge and experience in Product Life Cycle Management, department, budget management and various aspects of Marketing
  • Age between (30 ~ 45) years
  • Competent with using MS office programs, especially Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
