An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• To direct and coordinate all day-to-day Marketing activities ensuring they are handled on time
• Prepares, co-ordinates and executes annual. Quarterly and monthly Marketing Communication plans and activities in accordance with the Sales & Marketing plan
• Develops and overseas the production of marketing materials including press kits, sales kits, radio and television advertisements, print advertisement, brochure, flier, slides, website, CD Room, In-House TV channels and any other materials in conjunction with marketing agencies, graphic designers, photographer and printing companies
• Responsible for reviewing, selecting and appointing marketing agencies, graphic designers, photographer and printers ensuring maximum quality at the best available price
• Prepares and maintain a photographic library ensuring a collection of photographs exists that adequately illustrates the Park products, services, atmosphere and environment
• Overseas and manages all activities connected with the Park website including its presentation, contents and effectiveness as a marketing and business generation vehicle
• Negotiates and maintains all third party website contracts

• Any Graduate (Diploma in Sales & Marketing)
• Experience (5 years) in Sales & Marketing Field.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Good Negotiation skills and Motivation.
• Can Work under pressure and good management skills.
