  1. Marketing Campaign နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ plan နှင့် budget တို့အားရေးဆွဲ၍ သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနမှူးထံတင်ပြ၍ အကောင်ထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  2. Plan များကို ရေးဆွဲ၍ ဌာနမှူးထံတင်ပြရမည်။
  3. Daily, Monthly Reports and Data Analysis (Market Research and Market Survey etc) အား သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနမှူးထံ တင်ပြရမည်။
  4. ထုတ်ကုန် အသစ် များအား ဈေးကွက်အတွင်းထိုးဖောက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက်Competitor များ၏ ဈေးကွက်အတွင်းထူးခြားမှု ၊လှုပ်ရှားမှုများအား စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်နေရမည်။
  5. မိမိတို့ထုတ်ကုန်များ ဈေးကွက်အတွင်း ထိူးဖောက်ပြီး ရေရှည်ရပ်တည်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် Marketing အစီအစဉ်များရေးဆွဲပြီး marketingနည်းဗျူဟာများကို တင်ပြရမည်။
  6. မိမိအားပေးအပ်ထားသော Target ပြည့်မီအောင်ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်၍ sale & marketing နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော certificate (သို့မဟုတ်) diploma ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  2. အသက် ၂၅ နှစ်မှ ၃၅ နှစ်ကြားဖြစ်ရမည်။
  3. Marketing Supervisor ရာထူးဖြင့် လုပ်သက် ၂နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ FMCG field မှဖြစ်ရမည်။
  4. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-mail တို့အား အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  5. Leadership, Team Building, Problem Solving & Communication Skill များ ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  6. နယ်ခရီးရှည်သွားနိုင်ရမည်။
  7. မိမိအားပေးအပ်ထားသော Target ပြည့်မီအောင်ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
