Supervise daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to management.
Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and field coaching for sales staff.
Assist in developing marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Coordinate both online and offline marketing campaigns (social media, events, trade shows, branding activities).
Support in developing new product launch plans and marketing materials.
Train, guide, and supervise the sales and marketing team members.
