Manage the daily fleet operations and utilize available resources (drivers, fuel, and routes) efficiently. Monitor delivery performance, including On-Time Delivery (OTD) rates, and prepare daily reports. Coordinate with the warehouse and supervise loading and unloading activities to prevent product damage. Collect and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and Return Goods records, and reconcile them with the Accountant. Maintain discipline among Drivers and Helpers and provide necessary training. Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints. Prepare and submit incident reports for any damaged or missing goods. Report directly to the Logistics Manager and provide accurate and timely operational information and reports.
