  • Planning and organizing marketing efforts to help grow our business and brand
  •  Supervising the marketing team’s collaboration internal related departments & external.
  • Understanding the assigned territory, market trend, and outlet and consumer behavior (more prefer alcoholic industry).
  •  Recognizing growing markets and market changes to stay on top of the competition
  • Managing projects and overseeing the implementation of everyday tasks, such assessment of marketing campaigns between related department.
  • Planning and executing outlet level activities and promotion (A&P).
  • Generate sustainable and manageable workload and organize tasks to align diverse marketing efforts and activities with the company objectives
  • Ensuring timely submission of reporting to line manager

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  •  2+ years of experience in related field and people in Marketing or Sales
  • Strong understanding of business and (more prefer alcoholic industry)
  • Outstanding people management, communication, Microsoft Office (especially excel & power point), and good communication (internal & external)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish
  • Capability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to attend events, including sales activation, and consumer engagement activity.
