• To leading the operation and maintenance staff for maximize daily production
• Manage and coordination of Rice mill operations including production, logistics and maintenance
• Compliance with all labour, safety, environmental and corporate policies and regulations.
• To make a production and maintenance plan monthly
• Motivated and for developing and achieving budgetary and production targets.
• Controlling all aspects for rice transfer, handling, milling, bulk storage and packing
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• AGTI (Mechanical Power) or BE (Mechanical)
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Rice mill
• Able to work independently, manage and motivate team
• Good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills
• Good knowledge and understand management
