Manage needed execution plan according to Business Strategy
Manage & grow the team to achieve the goals
Build a systematic workflow & process
Coordinate & collaborate with cross functional teams to bring end results
Depth understanding on insight of targeted customers
Monitor stock movements and analyze sales figures, trends, regional variations, customer requirements and purchasing behavior to accurately forecast future sales
Frontline shop management
Collaborate with Marketing (both Traditional & Digital) for Brand awareness

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Bachelor Degree Holder (Business Management Degree is highly considered)
Fluent in English (4 skills)
Familiar using Microsoft Office Set (Advanced Excel is preferable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good Personal Grooming
Strong interest in Fashion & Beauty and up to date with trends.
Having merchandising or Business Development experience in past job is preferable.
