• Develop strategic communications planning for mid and long-term for mobile money
• Lead development and execution of sales and operations strategy
• Responsible for motivating and advising their team members to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training new sales staff
• Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance

• Strong experience of sales and operations in financial industry is preferable
• Understanding the customers and agents
• Excellent communication skills, with a solid knowledge of English and ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way
• Self-motivated, proactive with strong time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks
• Able and willing to work outside normal hours when necessary
