  • Making Data Entry by software
  • Maintain meticulous records of incoming and outgoing messages within the administrative section.
  • Organize and maintain Proposals, Checklists, and other documents, along with copies of policies for each product.
  • Identify and request necessary stationery for the department.
  • Need to support in vehicle claim processes requirement
  • To communicate with the customers who are under vehicle insurance
  • Check the information related to the vehicle to be insured
  • Make sure to get customers' signature on the documents required by the Motor Department
  • Preparing and collecting the reports required by department and submitting to the direct Supervisor

  • Age between 18 to 28 years
  • Any graduated or university attend
  • Working experience is advantageous, but candidates without prior experience are welcome.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Good communication skills and good social skills
  • Active and strong team work partner
  • Respectable, flexible and able to learn
  • Good computer skills
