Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
Allocate national target area-wise and product-wise to the market potential and business needs
Structure & Organize, understand the Sales & cross function processes
Able to understand high level of sales strategic and translate to execution
Understand sales and distributor processes, able to develop or fix the process gaps
Know the Myanmar market and link the market info to RTM strategy
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Minimum 20 years sales experiences in FMCG Business
Understand the system and ordering process – DMS / SAP
Able to communicate in English
Experience in Distribution Management, Field sales Management, Key Account Management (MT)
Leadership Competency with Results Orientated, Influencing, Passionate (Talk with high energy), Integrity, Humble and hand on (people manager)
