-Develop and implement effective sales strategies .
-Lead Nationwide Sales team member to achieve sales target.
-Lead and understanding of the Industry /market/competitor/customer.
-Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
-Manage to daily operation of the sales department and monitor and analysis.
-Prepare monthly ,quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
-Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Bachelor or Master's Degree in business related fields .
-Minimum three to five years' experience in National Sales Manager.
-In depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.
-Outstanding communication ,presentation and leadership skills.
-Proficiency in English (4)skill .
-Flexibility to travel often within Myanmar
-Age of 35 Above .
-May Need to Stay 10 Days in Mandalay per month.
