Provide technical support functions for the Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) and management of Hubs, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Servers including but not limited to
Install all new network devices on Data center, branches and ATMs and systems
Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices.
Manages all System back-up and restore protocol
Perform trouble shooting analysis of Servers, Workstations, network and associated Systems
Setting up users accounts, permissions and passwords
Fixing network issues on branches & HQ
Network maintenance
Technical support for people using the network
Training staff on new systems
Day to day admin and monitoring of network & system use
Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems
Making sure all IT meets industry standards

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- University degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineer/ Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 2 years experience in the related field
- Good knowledge of IP addressing and TCP/IP networking
- Available to work all shifts including on-call nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Good at problem solving
- Good at organizing and multitasking
- Able to explain technical problems in a simple term
- Good team player striving for team success and win-win results
- In depth knowledge of the four network types (LAN, WAN, MAN and GAN)
