Must be able to report and manage assigned tasks to Management without delays.

Responsible for OLT configuration, monitoring processes, and managing team members.

Manage the required configuration works for the FTTx Network.

Continuously learn and apply new technologies to enhance and improve network performance.

Collect data and manage activities for FTTx New Projects, Network, and Design Planning.

Inspect spare parts and team inventory on a monthly basis and prepare monthly reports.

Provide technical advice and discussions to resolve issues for the Customer Assistance Center and Provisioning Teams; take direct responsibility for resolution when necessary.

Coordinate effectively between teams and departments to handle FTTx customer complaints; visit customers’ homes or on-site for inspections when required.

Conduct site visits and inspections for Projects, Operations, and Maintenance activities.

Prepare reports, record files, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Must possess a valid certification such as CCNP or HCIP (Access), or an equivalent certificate.

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Telecom field or Access Network.

Must have high-level knowledge of Network Management Systems, Fiber, OLT, Router, Switch, and Transceiver.

Must possess strong English communication (4 skills), leadership, and project management skills.

Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Must be able to manage daily operations efficiently.

Must be willing to travel to other regions when required.

Age between 25 and 35 years old.
