Lead and manage the network team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
Design, configure, and maintain enterprise networks, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN.
Collaborate with IT leadership and operations teams to ensure a secure and resilient banking environment.
Oversee daily operations of LAN, WAN, WLAN, internet, and data center networks, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, load balancers, and VPN solutions & Wireless Network.
Monitor network performance, availability and capacity, ensuring proactive performance tuning and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Implement and enforce robust network security practices to safeguard sensitive banking data.
Ensure adherence to financial regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, SWIFT, central bank guidelines).
Drive innovation in networking technologies (e.g., SDN, cloud networking, zero-trust architecture).
Manage vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Establish and maintain documentation, runbooks, and network topology diagrams.
Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical network infrastructure.
Oversee the escalation and resolution of critical network incidents.
Provide 24/7 support through team scheduling and on-call rotation.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
5-7+ years of progressive experience in network administration, engineering, or architecture with minimum 3 – 5 years in a leadership or team management role.
Proven experience with network design, implementation and management in the banking or financial services industry (preferred, due to regulatory requirements).
Strong technical expertise in LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, load balancers, and network monitoring tools.
Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, load balancers, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP and Enterprise Wireless AP deployment and network management.
Strong Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANS, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, routing/switching & Wireless technologies (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet)
Familiarity with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Understanding network security policies best practices and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Expertise in redundancy, failover, and business continuity planning.
Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.
