Global Technology Group (GTG) တွင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ Service Desk အဖွဲ့ကို ပြန်လည်ဖွဲ့စည်းပြီး လုပ်ငန်းတိုးချဲ့ရန်အတွက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပြီး အရည်အချင်းပြည့်ဝသော ဝန်ထမ်းများကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်လိုက်ပါတယ်။ 

 

လိုအပ်သော ရာထူးများ

 

1. Network Engineers

● Routing & Switching, VPN, Internet access ပြဿနာများကို နားလည်ပြီး ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သူ။
● Enterprise clients များအတွက် ကျေနပ်ဖွယ်တုံ့ပြန်မှုနှင့် ဖြေရှင်းနည်းများကို ပေးစွမ်းနိုင်သူ။
● ပြဿနာ၏ အရင်းအမြစ်ကို ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ်ခြင်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းတို့တွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ။

 

2. Junior Network Support Engineers

● Network အင်ဂျင်နီယာအဖြစ် စတင်လိုသူများအတွက် ကောင်းမွန်သော အခွင့်အလမ်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
● Diagnostic tools များအသုံးပြု၍ ကွန်ရက်ပြဿနာများကို ကူညီဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သူ။

 

3.Junior Network Analysts / Monitoring & RCA Analysts
● Network alert များကို စောင့်ကြည့်နိုင်သူ။
● ထပ်တလဲလဲ ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသော ပြဿနာများကို ချက်ချင်းကူညီပြီး အကြောင်းရင်းကို ဖော်ထုတ်နိုင်သူ။

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

လိုအပ်ချက်များ
● Network Engineering ဆိုင်ရာ Certificate (ဥပမာ- CCNA, JNCIA) ရရှိထားသူ။
● Routing, Switching, VPN နှင့် IP Networking ကို နားလည်သူ။
● Enterprise-level Clients များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိသူ။
● သင်ယူလိုစိတ် ပြင်းပြပြီး ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်း မြင့်မားသူ။
