An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for Amara LTE network customer complaint handling with agreed SLAs.
  • Checking site down, cell down, alarm, coverage, sites condition and essential KPIs according to customer complaints.
  • Prepare the planning and time management of site visit schedule for network complaints.
  • Support for customer complaints RF perspective and take action optimization if necessary.
  • Ensures proper handshake and knowledge sharing to customer care team/ sale team for effective Customer Complaints (CC) handling.
  • Work closely with customer care/ sale team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Sharing real time information for service delivery, critical activity to respective teams.
  • Properly coordination with cross functional teams like Sale/Customer Care/Technical teams.
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly report for complaints analysis such as category wise, top townships and RCA details.
  • Any other task as defined by Management in line with the employee’s skills and experience.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Degree/Diploma: Bachelor of Engineering in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years Mobile Telecommunications management experience including network performance and customer complaint handling.
  • Preferable RF drive test experience for LTE network.
  • Hands-on experience of iManager PRS, U2000, CRM tools will be advantage.
