Purpose: To be smooth of all end users request by managing IT Helpdesk and EUS team and align with business team to deliver IT support on time. Also need to manage end users’ IT devices such as inventory control, replacement and arrangement within minimum time frame.

Responsibilities:

• L1, L2 support for end users’ IT related issue.
• Negotiation with end users upon important and urgent requests.
• Supervising manage service team to fulfil end users’ request on time.
• Monitoring and leading EUS team to achieve target SLA of service requests and incidents.
• Immediate respond for any emergency request.
• Involving all IT activities/events within organization.
• IT inventory control (End users devices such as laptop, desktop, printer, etc.)

• Bachelor/Master degree
• 3-5 Years experiences in IT fields
• Experience on Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office 365, DHCP, Network, Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience on Microsoft Window 7, 8 and 10.
• CCNA Certificate
• Microsoft Certificate
• ITIL foundation
• Good knowledge in VMware platform
• Good knowledge in Linux platform
