ROLE PURPOSE

The Officer (Product Go-To-Market) in the Design & End-to-End Experience team will have to facilitate the inclusion of all key stakeholders from Yoma Bank in the product development process and manage internal communications and readiness for new product launches.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Coordinate across departments internally to ensure the network understand our products and is involved in their launch.
  • Engage across departments to gather feedback on new product features, issues and manage these items through resolution or prioritization on a product backlog.
  • Work closely with marketing, call center and branches to develop consistent customer-facing content and documents in preparation for new product or feature launches.
  • Collaborate with product owners and customer segmentation team to create a go-to-market strategy for new products.
  • Ensure product launched successfully according to go to market plans.
  • Support product owners in identifying training requirements and other required product documents and in managing engagement with Yoma Bank’s training team.

• Degree or qualifications in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing or industry specific qualifications.
• Professional experience in product go-to-market or management or marketing and communication
• Experience in community organizing or coordination
• Experience in banking and or financial services
• Customer service experience with sufficient technical/ digital skills
• Experience in coordinating/ designing/ hosting internal and external (online/offline) campaigns
