Follow up and improve fleet quality and costs
Huge emphasis on increasing picking efficiency to increase operating margin for all e-commerce orders
Coordinates, completes and oversee job-related activities and assignments
Analyzing financial data and preparing operations budgets
Working with senior management on strategic plans
