Lead the operation team
Responsible for publishing of apps and draw up an overall promotion plan (including channels, purchases, packages, brands, etc.) based on the company’s budget and drive sales;
As per promotion plan, lead social media activities and engage marketing campaigns at each stage of game operation;
Carry out event management both online and offline and the content advertising of the apps
Real-time understanding of industry trends and competitor information, and put forward optimization suggestions for product promotion, improve product market competitiveness or extend product life cycle;
Communicate with users to understand user needs, gather BUGs and maintain good communications channel with the users
Act as the focal person between the developer team from China and the market regarding the products, assist in the improve of the apps overtime combine with the market knowledge and data collected.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Should have Bachelor Degree or above specializing in any major
Must have more than 3 years of experience in game industry, game publishing or gaming contents management role and experience in leading a team
Must be familiar with the apps’publishing process, and possess excellent promotion and implementation capabilities;
Sounds knowledge of game advertising and media market conditions in Myanmar, and be always alert on the dynamics of the mobile gaming industry;
Familiar with game channel rules, good knowledge or experience of social media/ digital marketing platforms would be a plus;
High coordination skill with internal team and external parties;
Passionate about games and online interactions (social media, online chat, forums, etc);
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar and English
