Job Summary:  
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our ride-hailing platform, ensuring efficiency, driver-partner satisfaction, and seamless customer experiences. This role involves optimizing fleet performance, managing driver relations, implementing growth strategies, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.  
Key Responsibilities:  
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality driver-partners.  
- Monitor driver performance, incentives, and engagement programs.  
- Resolve driver-related issues (complaints, disputes, incentives).  
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local transport regulations.  
- Analyze supply-demand gaps and implement strategies to balance availability.  
- Monitor KPIs and improve service quality.  
- Address customer complaints and service failures promptly.  
- Implement safety protocols for drivers and passengers.  
- Work with the support team to enhance user satisfaction.  
- Collaborate with marketing on driver/rider acquisition campaigns.  
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.  
- Ensure adherence to transport laws and licensing requirements.  
- Liaise with government authorities and legal teams when necessary.  

Qualifications & Skills:  
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.  
- Experience: 5+ years in operations management (ride-hailing, logistics, or transport preferred).  
- Skills:  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets & data tools (SQL, Tableau is a plus).  
  - Excellent communication & leadership.  
  - Knowledge of local transport regulations.
