  • Oversee daily operations of the playground, including opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure all play areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe.
  • Monitor capacity and manage crowd control during peak hours.
  • Conduct regular inspections of play structures, toys, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (e.g., OSHA, local guidelines).
  • Train staff on safety protocols and first aid/CPR (if required).
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise play attendants, party hosts, and cleaning staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for children and parents.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor Degree. Degree in Hospitality, Recreation, or Business (preferred).
  • 5+ years in facility management, childcare, or hotel or entertainment venues and 2+years' experience as management positions.
  • Strong leadership skills and team management skills.
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Have knowledge of child safety and play area management.
  • Ability to multitasks in a fast-paced environment.
