An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Oversee Store Operations, Shop Managers, and Promoters to ensure high performance.
Recruit, train, and develop Retail Managers and casual staff.
Address performance issues promptly and support staff development.
Manage promoters and maintain strong internal communication.
Achieve income and profit targets across all retail outlets.
Drive customer-focused commercial operations, including new shop openings.
Monitor retail trends and competitor activity to seize opportunities.
Lead sales performance analysis using EPOS data and reports.
Promote excellent customer care and address complaints efficiently.
Represent Capital Retail externally and build relationships with stakeholders.
Inspire teams to maximize sales and uphold the Capital Retail brand.
Develop and implement retail operating plans and budgets.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, legislation, and Health & Safety standards.
Maintain accurate staff records (e.g., payroll, sickness) and reporting.
Develop policies for merchandising, pricing, and display.
Monitor and manage stock levels across stores.
Support stock generation initiatives and address stock concerns.
Implemes (EPOS, admin, cash handling).
Prepare and present performance reports, action plans, and updates.
Complete mandatory training and maintain confidentiality.
Engage in personal development and performance appraisals.
Support the introduction of new technologies and initiatives.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or any other graduate and retail background will be advantage
Minimum 7 years of experience in related field, retail background will be advantage
Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyse sales/performance data.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams to achieve targets.
