Lead and support forecasting and planning for the operation processes which consist of going meetings, scheduling, giving trainings.
Manage and control the inventory purchasing, storage and issue
Create and execute action plans to improve the operations district KPI’

Ensure proper training processes are successfully given of all kinds business in relation to their departments
Maintain and improve operational processes by monitoring system performance identifying, resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, completing waste auditing and analysis

Communicate regularly with management team members within the organization
