Job Description
1. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services2. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle3. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers4. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency5. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments6. Resolve any arising problems or complaints7. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce and truck drivers. 8. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets9. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements10. Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
