Manage daily business operations in accordance with established company procedures.
Ensure timely and systematic reporting to management.
Oversee and manage team members effectively and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency.
Handle office documentation and reporting using computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
Maintain strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage subordinates effectively.

Must hold a Bachelor's degree; candidates with a Management Diploma will be given preference.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role is required.
Prior experience in the phone accessories business is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Must be between 35 to 50 years old and in good health.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Must be proficient in using office software and have a working knowledge of English.
