Responsible to support Senior Operation Officer in borrower and collateral due diligence for transfer to KBZ Bank.

  • Responsible to support Senior Operations Officer in preparing due diligence of collateral
  • Contact borrower to collect any required document for swap process
  • Knowledge of KBZ Bank loan agreements
  • Knowledge of property ownership documents
  • Communicate with external valuation agents and lawyers
  • Learn swap process from start to finish
  • Administrative support to Value Center
  • Travelling to properties

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor Degree, Law is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good command of English
  • Real Estate Knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Loans

Interest to learn about Property Law and Transfer of Property Act
