Job Title: Personal Assistant / Secretary to Directors
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and proactive individual to support our Directors. If you are someone who excels at multitasking, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in using modern computer applications, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors
- Manage and coordinate the Directors schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Directors
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Respond to emails, calls, and requests in a timely manner
- Assist in preparing and organizing business documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Directors
- adhoc tasks assigned by the Directors
