We are looking for an experienced personnel manager to recruit and provide HR management for Anthem Asia and to assist our investee companies with their recruitment and staffing needs.

You will create and manage recruitment, on-boarding and termination processes and materials. You may advise on and organise training.

This is a new position and requires a proverbial "self starter"— someone happy to work on his or her own with minimum supervision.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

You will have a track record in all aspects of personnel recruitment and HR management gained either overseas or in an international work environment.

You will have worked in start-ups or smaller organisations.

You will know how to cooperate with people involved with legal, payroll and accounting, and understand Myanmar staff-related tax and legal matters.

You will have the following attributes:
• Very strong organisational skills
• Ability to handle HR admin and processes yourself when necessary
• Excellent written and spoken English and Myanmar
• Sense of humour
