A Good Opportunity for ..

This position will be responsible for Policy Service & Claims

  • To make sure all requests for policy service are doing within turn-around time.
  • To make sure that all claims are managed according to company guidelines
  • To process policy service and claims and record weekly/monthly reporting
  • To communicate with clients and take their requests in order to provide service and obtain information
  • To organize and work with operations department, maintaining files for each policyholder, including policies that are to be reinstated or cancelled.
  • And any additional duties as assigned during launch preparations.

  • Bachelor Degree is a must and other related qualifications will be highly preferred
  • Cross functional departments alignment and working with team is mandatory
