Responsible for monitoring and implementation of the approved product program from MCC.

• Conduct on-going review and analysis of the credit portfolio to determine delinquency patterns.
• Track & Monitor the Retail Risk portfolio on a daily basis.
• Perform risk assessments by identifying the key risks and assessing mitigating controls to determine the risk profile.
• Create and maintain a risk register based on the identified risks, results of Risk Analysis (impact, probability, effects) as well as risk mitigation plans
• Develop reports to analyze and advice on risk perceptions and recommended options to mitigate risks.
• Require to engage in delinquency management and follow up the recovery plan
• Assist on the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks.
• Collaborate in the development of policy and process guidelines for New Product Program (NPP) and Product Enhancement Program
• Work with the stakeholders from other Functions and VCs to optimize the credit policies and processes
• Ensure the credit process and credit-underwriting activity is fully compliant with internal policy and procedure according to the bank’s overall risk policy framework
• Ensure fully compliance with directives, notifications and orders issued by CBM as well as MMCB requirements on credit products
• Assist Head of Retail Risk on the designated activities and tasks to meet the Risk Management Department's objectives and Risk Processes

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good command both English and Burmese
