1)Manage all aspects of poultry breeder farm operations necessary to sustain the operation in accordance with Company Farming Plan & Production Target.
2)Ensure maximum operational and financial performance of the breeder farm business.
3)Responsible for the daily operational activities of the breeder business to include the direct supervision of farm employees 
4)Responsible for all associated field management activities, administration of livestock record-keeping, upkeep of the fixed & movable property facilities associated with livestock production and husbandry of the
animal assets; 

5)Plan, oversee and participate in the management of all aspect of the farming business; including farming husbandry; egg, cull and manure production and sales; ordering storage and consumption of farming feeds and water.
6)Review & implement strict bio security measures & enforce high standards of safety, cleanliness and maintenance on personnel and properties 
7)Setup & enforcement of farm audit plan to ensure SOP in prop

• Tertiary qualification in Argo-Sciences, Veterinarian or Animal Husbandry Sciences.
• Solid experience in Poultry Breeder farm management is very much preferred. At least 6 to 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field
