To perform system and network integration, implementation, configuration, and deployment of network, servers and storage, voice/video communication, and related solutions.
To be able to go for site survey alone and must do overtime job if needed.
To provide technical support for maintenance contract and warranty projects.
To be available for on-call, remote, and on-site support for end customer.
To assist pre-sales and post-sales projects during the POC and demo processes.
To perform troubleshooting, resolve technical issues, and escalate the issue to vendor support team while retain ownership of customer issues until it is completely resolved and accepted by another individual.
Manage cable contractors in structured cabling.
Product and new technologies evaluation and documentation.
Deliver the network services to meet the project timeline
To perform professional services jobs as required.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Diploma in Network Engineering or Bachelor degree in engineering / IT related field
Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in technical implementation, deployment, support, and troubleshooting of data communication, wired/wireless LAN, firewall, server system and internet solution products.
Good knowledge in computer network, network protocol, data communication, cloud computing, computer server and storage, routing fundamental, computer/network security, system configuration which includes switch, firewall, router, wireless LAN, server configuration.
Good interpersonal communication, high responsibility, self-learning, self-motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic to explore new technologies.
Possess certifications from well-known organization in network area such as CCNA, CCNP, MTCRE, etc, will be a big advantage for this position.
Age not over 30 years.
Customer service mindset and hard work.
Good command in English both writing and speaking.
