  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within the manufacturing sector. Identify market opportunities, set sales targets, and align strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships within the manufacturing industry. Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our machinery and equipment tailored for manufacturing. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and applications to potential clients.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the manufacturing industry. Utilize this information to drive sales strategies and product development.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop action plans based on performance analysis to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive strategies and an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 3 years of successful sales experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel and meet clients as needed.
