This position will be responsible for supporting Procurement Manager in the execution of procurement strategies, assisting in efficient management of procurement activities and ensuring effective store control through timely, accurate stock tracking, adherence to FIFO, SLOB management, and robust communication across internal and external stakeholders. The position will lead periodic stock counts and drive store accuracy through analytical and data-driven approaches.

  • Assist the Procurement Manager in executing procurement strategies and plans, support in managing the day-to-day storekeeping operations and procurement activities.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in managing reorder processes to ensure sufficient store levels.
  • To ensure accurate store records and timely replenishment of stock.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of all store items.
  • Maintain stock levels and update store records in the system.
  • Conduct regular physical store checks and reconcile with system data.
  • Monitor stock movement and generate reports on store status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards in storage areas.
  • Ensure all records are accurately filed and easily accessible for audits, reviews, and reporting purposes.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Procurement Manager.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager and ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement, storekeeping, or store control.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and store management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Can clearly communicate via writing and/or verbally in both English and Myanmar
