  • Research and sourcing of potential vendors
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and selects and develop new suppliers
  • Responsible for issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and manage shipment schedules and ensure timely material arrival
  • Checking of required import documents, Invoice and payment process
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Request for quotation and contract negotiation
  • Cost Analysis, comparison and evaluation of vendor’s quotations
  • To be familiar with commodities/raw & packaging materials in general and monitor current market prices and trends and give report
  • Ensure quality of purchased items meet the required specification and expectation standard
  • Solve the problem for damage, quantity shortage issue
  • Monthly report on material arrival status and purchase records for pricing
  • To perform other relate duties as assign.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor degree, Diploma in related field.
  • At Least 3 to 5 years’ Experience in procurement and Supply Chain
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for English
  • Advance Microsoft office Skills
  • Knowledge for International & Local Trade Policy
  • Good Relationship Management with Supplier
  • Excellent communications and strong negotiation skills with suppliers
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and documents
