-Formulating & recommend business plan for the portfolio

-Developing & implementing pre decided strategies for the portfolio

-Periodic market survey/analysis to propose new products

-Developing the competencies of the team member communication on the portfolio

-Ensuring technical knowledge / know how of the brands through periodic training

-Timely & productive support to sales team to facilitate business objectives

-Implementing the planned strategies / campaigns for the portfolio

-Planning, monitoring & controlling budgeted v/s actual expense

-Monitor ROI of implemented promotional strategies/campaigns to ensure expected result

-Collecting & communicating the market information about customer/consumers & competitors Monthly basis

-Ensuring implementation & communicating the progress of the sales/marketing activities

-In time feedback about the market & team for the taking corrective action Daily/weekly

-Periodically evaluating the brand performance & suggesting the key actions

-Coordinate the other departments for smooth functioning

Male/Female

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-M.B.B.S (or) B.Pharm

-Minimum 3 to 5 years for brand management especially in OTC products

-Good track record performer as a sales person or marketing person

-Add on Diploma /Degree in marketing

-Ability to travel on short notice

-Effective communication skill and convincing abilities

-Self motivation as well as team motivation

-Strong analytical skills

-High level of initiative ,Proactive
